Cookie & Tracking Notice

1.1 This Cookie and Tracking Notice is issued by Everything Kids Australia Pty Ltd, ABN 35 167 762 727 and ACN 167 762 727 (Everything Kids, EK, we, us, our). It explains how EK uses cookies, pixels, analytics tools and similar technologies on the Everything Kids platform.

1.2 This notice should be read with the Privacy Policy.

EK uses a cookie consent banner or preference tool to obtain and manage user consent for analytics and advertising cookies where required. Essential and security cookies do not require consent as they are strictly necessary for the platform to function.

5.3 These providers may process information according to their own terms and privacy policies. While EK does not control the internal practices of third-party providers, EK remains accountable for the disclosure of personal information to overseas recipients under APP 8.1 and takes reasonable steps to ensure overseas recipients handle personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles.

5.5 Hotjar configuration: EK configures Hotjar to suppress sensitive form fields (including health, medical, allergy and behavioural information fields) from session recordings and heatmaps. This ensures that sensitive information entered by parents during booking or enquiry forms is not captured by Hotjar.

6.1 Some third-party tools (including Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel and Hotjar) may transfer cookie and tracking data to servers located outside Australia. Cross-border transfers by these providers are governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. For more information about overseas disclosure of personal information, see the Privacy Policy Section 7.

7.2 EK provides a cookie consent banner on first visit, allowing users to accept or reject analytics and advertising cookies. Users can change their cookie preferences at any time through the platform settings or the cookie preference link in the footer.

7.3 Blocking essential cookies may affect platform features, login, checkout or security.

8.1 The platform is designed for parents and caregivers booking activities for children. The platform is not directed at children under 13 as account holders.

8.2 EK does not knowingly use behavioural advertising or personalised ad targeting directed at children where prohibited by law or the Children’s Online Privacy Code.

8.3 EK excludes behavioural advertising and personalised ad targeting pixels from child-facing pages and age- gated content where required by law or the Children’s Online Privacy Code.

EK may update this notice as tools and legal requirements change. Material changes will be communicated to users where reasonable.
